Canadian International Petroleum Engineering Conference - held in June 12–14, 2007 in Calgary, Canada - featured a Graduate student paper competition. The objective of the competition was to give participants the opportunity to present highlights of their work to petroleum industry experts from around the world. The presentations were judged on the technical content, applicability, and overall presentation quality. The contestants were from Universities from Canada, United Stated and China.
